Carl Pavolic
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of P2 Communications Management, LLC, (P2CM), Mr. Pavolic oversees all aspects
of the business, sets the strategic and financial direction of the company, negotiates and
organizes the agreements with all of P2CM's carriers, vendors and partners.
In 1984 Carl Pavolic started his telecommunications career in sales with MCI based out of New York City.
In 1986, he joined Sprint Communications where he quickly became a consistent top performer in sales and achieved an unprecedented 7 President's Club Award Winner status. During his stay with Sprint Carl earned increasing positions including Branch Manager of New York City.
In 1995, Carl became Northeast Regional Director with Cable & Wireless International with responsibilities in both sales and service. He was awarded Top Regional director in 1996 and 1997 and was selected for 3 President's Club Awards for Performance Excellence.
In 1998, Carl became Northeast Vice President & General Manager for Teligent, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) which provided alternatives in the local service market, and was responsible for all sales; operations, service coordination and delivery, and network build out. Carl's responsibilities included a CAPEX and OPEX budget of over $124 Million.
In 2000, Carl joined Net2000 (CLEC) as the Senior Vice President of Alternate Channels and Wholesale Carrier Services divisions, where he exceeded plan objectives and grew the channel business by 198%.
In 2002, Carl went back to Sprint as the Regional Vice President of the Northeast where he quickly turned around a struggling region and propelled the Northeast division to the #1 ranked division in the country for both Wire-line and Wireless services. Carl won the prestigious "Ace Award" which was given to an individual that demonstrated outstanding and exceptional leadership performance.
In additions to his duties as CEO, Mr. Pavolic sits on the Board of Directors for P2CM and is a member of McGraw Communications Advisory Board.
Carl Pavolic has a Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, with a major in Business and Finance.
Dan Pavolic
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Dan Pavolic is responsible for managing business operations, information technology and sales. Pavolic has spent more than 16 years providing telecommunications services and solutions for businesses throughout the northeast and mid-atlantic regions.
In 1996, Dan Pavolic started his career with Cable & Wireless International where he held the position of sales executive focusing on enterprise services. While at Cable & Wireless International, Dan consistently exceeded his plan objectives while piling up numerous monthly sales awards.
In 1998, Dan contributed to the growth of Net2000's New York City market, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), where he held the positions of Senior Account Manager and Branch Sales Director. Dan achieved #1 status in the country for both positions. He was awarded multiple President's Club status at Net2000 for sales excellence.
In 2002, Dan became Senior Sales Manager at XO Communications, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) in New York City. During his time with XO Communications, Dan was awarded the title of #1 Senior Sales Manager in the Northeast Region and elected to the compensation committee which consisted of the top sales managers in the country.
In 2003, Dan became Vice President of Sales and a Minority Partner of NetGain Communications in Reston VA. During his time at NetGain Communications he served on the advisory board and was a significant contributor to increasing the company's revenue by 360% during his tenure.
Dan Pavolic attended Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC with a major in physical education and a minor in sports management. Dan lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and three boys and enjoys spending time with his family.
Andy Hoskins
Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer of P2 Communications Management, LLC (P2CM), Mr. Hoskins responsibility is to oversee all IT functions internally for the company as well as directly engaging externally for P2CM's customer's IT infrastructure needs.
Andy started his career with TRW in 1987 where he excelled for 7 years. In one of his last assignments, Andy led a desktop support team in a migration effort of 400 personal computers from a Unix network operating system to DecNet and then from DecNet to Novell network operating system. It was during this time that Andy became certified in Novell Netware Engineer.
Andy took his first management position in 1994 for a software development firm. Since then he has been Director of Information Technology at Marketswitch, Inc. – later bought by Experian, and MacDonald Bradley – later acquired by ManTech, Inc. While at McDonald Bradley, Andy participated with an acquisition team to evaluate and acquire of two companies.
Andy has a real passion for network and systems engineering, customer service and teamwork. He enjoys designing and implementing systems to fit a business's needs taking into consideration security, disaster recovery, continuous uptime, maintenance, budget and more. Technologies that Andy has implemented include routers, firewalls, wide area networks (WAN), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Virtual Local Area Networks (VLAN), backup solutions, Windows networking, Microsoft Exchange, network attached storage (NAS), imaging solutions, Microsoft SharePoint, helpdesk solutions, inventory systems and Windows System Update Server. Andy's strength lies in making companies more efficient through the use of technology. He enjoys evaluating business processes thoroughly and then applying technology that will bring improvements in capability, visibility and efficiency. While Andy enjoys the technology side, he also likes working directly with people. Andy has worked at all levels of an organization including C-level executives to provide options and guidance with their technology decisions.
Andy has a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University in 1987 and his Master's in Business Administration from University of Phoenix in 2008. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports and being outdoors.
Vicki Signorelli
Director of Client Services
Vicki Signorelli brings with her over 15 years of experience on the client management side of the telecom industry. As Director of Client Services, Vicki is responsible for full service management of client relationships. Vicki's depth of experience allows her to provide unparalleled customer service, including but not limited to supporting clients in implementation of post-install projects as well as end-to-end system issue resolution with our carrier partners. Vicki's ability to foster successful relationships with clients and carrier partners alike ensures that any client issue receives the highest possible level of attention. Her experience, track record, and commitment to the client make her an invaluable addition to the P2 management team.
Prior to coming to P2, Vicki was a Premier Account Manager with ATX Communications, now Broadview Networks (BVN). During her time with ATX/BVN she served in a similar role managing the top accounts as well as any issue ridden accounts located in the Southern Region. Many of the customers Vicki managed were under her care for more than 10 years, a true statement to her commitment to client satisfaction.
Vicki earned her Bachelor's Degree in Government and Politics and her Master's Degree in Public Administration from George Mason University. She is heavily involved with youth sports within her community and devotes significant amounts of time there and with numerous charitable groups.
